Question by Caryn s: Is the worm treatment at stores good to treat worms in your dog?
I found a puppy and posted him missing but he has worms and I didn’t plan to have a pet but I wont send him to one of hese animal places cause i think he has some pit in him and they kill the dogs after a month ot two. So i am looking to keep the dog health and in good shape. When I found it in my yard it was in my trash he was hungry and right now I am just doing what is right so please if you know the answer help a girl out?

The wormers that you buy in the store are really not effective. You can take a stool sample to the Vet so they can determine the proper treatment for the type of worm. Tell the Vet office that you found the dog eating from the trash can in your yard, and you just want to do what is right for the dog. Some Vets will give you a big discount under these circumstances.
