When I purchased the bag, I was advised that it met all environmental, health & safety requirements and she could use it to take her puppy to shopping malls, supermarkets etc. Up until now, we have had no problems. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or knowledge of the legislation, as the dog is not freely roaming about. Staff couldn’t tell me what health & safety rules were being broken, but they still refused her admission. Thanks.
