Omega-3 Improves Your Pet Health

My dog was 18 years old was healthy and last night while laying down started to gag as if he wanted to throw up than started to breath heavy with his mouth open and an hour later died. I am heart broken and seek answers.

I already own a Shetland sheepdog (a small 25 pound lassie looking dog), a cat, and a turtle. I am thinking about getting another pet. I am a 20 year old veterinary student and I have room for one more pet. I have a ferret, but she lives at my boyfriend’s house with his 2 ferrets so she isn’t lonely and I also have fish. I was thinking about getting something like a hedgehog. Do they make good pets? Do they require a really strict diet? Health problems, etc. Any other animal suggestions would be great. Thanks!!

I want a dog who doesn’t shed much at all but is a larger breed with very little health problems. I want a male puppy and I want it to be quiet, trainable, low cost, little maintenance, likes other animals, and is lovable and likes to cuddle.
