Omega-3 Improves Your Pet Health

My friends young has had a litter of six kittens, as they are getting older she is struggling to feed them all so my friend is supplementing them with cow milk mixed with cat meat,she started this when they where 3 weeks old and now they are 4 week old, so they have been having it for 1 week (and still having there mothers milk also) they seem to be thriving on it so far,i am having one of the kittens and i have told my friend that cows milk is really bad for them but she wont listen, she says she knows what she doing and has done it before.I have done some research which does initially say ‘never give a kitten cows milk’ but also have found some other information that says kittens are born with an enzyme to help digest lactose,whilst they continue to have milk there body still produces the enzyme until they stop having milk which is when they become lactose intolerant,the mother of the kittens also was weaned on cows milk and has had it for a year now and seems healthy.Does anybody have any experiences with this, is it true,im worried the kittens might have long term health problems.

My friends young cat has had a litter of six kittens and i am having one of them,they are now 4 weeks old but for the last week my friend has been supplementing them with cows milk three times a day mixed with normal cat meat,they are still feeding from the mother also but she does not seem to have enough milk for them all and her milk does seem to be drying up,i have been helping my friend, showing her how to stimulate them to wee before they feed but im really worried about the damage she could be doing to them, she wont listen to me when i tell her they should be having kitten milk,so far they do seem to be thriving and healthy, she says she has does this before and they have been fine,she is going to give me my kitten when it is 6 weeks old, i know this is to young but im desperate to give it a proper diet of kitten milk and kitten food,im off work for two weeks so i can stay with the kitten all the time.Will my kitten be ill, can it cause long term health problems for them all?Has anybody else done this and the kittens have been fine, i feel so helpless!
