Omega-3 Improves Your Pet Health

Hello there, I have a cat who is seven years old. She appears to be in over all great health. Recently I have noticed that she keeps itching on her chin. She now has scratched some of the hair away and has broken the skin. There seems to a few little white dots, like pimples on the exposed skin. What can I do for her, she doesn’t seem to act like this is hurting her, but I would like to find out the reason & correct the problem. Any suggestions or advice for what I can do, or what is causing this?

I’ve had my cat Sugarbaby for almost 8 years. And I think she is a brown mackerel tabby.
I’ve noticed for about a week now, maybe less, that her chin is kind of pink. So I thought maybe she’s just itching herself too hard.
But today when I came home from work I noticed her chin looked kind of swollen, it didn’t look quite right. So then I noticed there’s a small area on her chin where she scratches an inch or something and it looks like she’s losing fur in that area and there are these bumps that kind of look like acne, but it’s black… Or are those black things her whiskers?
Usually I rub my finger on her chin gently because she loves that and when I tried it today her mouth kind of opened in a discomfort type of way. She doesn’t seem to shut her mouth all the way like she used to.
Is this something serious, should I be worried? Because I am very worried. I want to take her to the vet but I don’t have any money at this time.
She’s never had any health problems either.
A couple months ago I let two stray kittens live with us (they live with someone else now)…. Could those kittens be the cause of this?
