She just wants to play. I don't want her to get in the habbit of it though so I tell her to stop in a sterm tone and snap my fingers at her. They next time your cat attacks your feet, spray him with some water from a squirt bottle. Or you can hold the scruff of his neck and pull back a little. You do this by picking him up, tell him no, and put him in a room by himself. After about 15 minutes, let him out. If he does the behavior again, do the same things.
