Hip Dysplasia is more than likely most common but epilepsy and CEA are not unheard of

    I believe eye problems are a common health concern for australian shepherds. A responsible breeder though will health screen their dogs for these genetic issues. And not only have the dogs hips/elbows xrayed by a radiologist but also have their DNA checked for any mutations such as CEA (collie eye anomaly) and cataract. And also have the eyes health screened by a certified opthamologist and have CERF cerfitificate.
