  1. DRAFT DOG says:

Not wrong to ask about general health, but to ask what to do about the puppy squirting bloody diarrhea all over…..THAT should NOT be on here. Or thinking that people OVER THE COMPUTER can make a medical diagnosis!!!! A LITTLE stupid!!!!

Common sense would be good….though doesn’t seem possible for most.

  2. Vet Tech says:

    Depends on the question…

  3. Emmarrr :] says:

    yes and no.

if theyve already seen a vet and they just want opinions they yes they can, nothing wrong with it.

but when people ask stuff like “my dog ate a battery, what do i do” you think OMG have you not heard of a vet, and trust me ive actually seen that question.

  4. Sara says:

not necessarily but most people are doing it because they’re too cheap to take their dog to the vet

and most of the stupid questions about dogs on here can only be answered by a licensed veterinarian

  5. paintedrain2 says:

For the most part, no. Here’s the catch, though:

If you are on Yahoo! answers, asking a question about a situation that obviously requires a vet and as soon as possible….you will get chewed out for not having your priorities straight.

  6. SchAkita says:

No, it is not, that’s what we are here for to help those that need it..

    Breeder/show/handler, for 14 yrs

post your health question, we are all more than happy to help those that need it…..

  7. Ashley A says:

noi dont think so cause maybe someone has been through something similar and can help direct them in the right way

  8. Abby says:

NOPE NOT AT ALL I MEEN YOU SEE ALL KINDS OF DOG HEALTH Q’S LOL

  9. alisa says:

not at all. People just get frustrated sometimes when it seems there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with their pup and they are asking online instead of going straight to the vet. some people may just not know though. its better to ask here and be told to go the vet then do nothing at all!

  10. kaliox says:

u can put anythin about dogs here

  11. littlegranny says:

No sometimes we can help each other with a problem with our animal friends

  12. Pam says:

It depends on the type of health question. Asking “My dog broke his leg… what should I do?” has an obvious answer and seems wrong to even question, but things about fleas and stuff is not wrong.

  13. tig says:

No I don’t think so. There are problems that other people have had with their own dogs and can help with other peoples dogs that have had the same troubles. But in the end, it is best to ask a vet. It is a common sense call.

  14. Optimus_Prime says:

no this is where you are suppose to ask

  15. misstraceyrick says:

Certainly not, its what this site is here for, ask away.

  16. ozzy59 says:

I don’t thinik it’s wrong but I think it’s a bit stupid in most cases.
