I adopted this kitten four weeks ago, because i had already adopted her litter-mate and no one had taken her home yet. I adopted them from the vet, with a clean bill of health. but the little girl has constantly had bloddy, nasty diarhea ever since we got her. neither her brother nor our older cat have this. we took her back and they found a worm and prescribed meds. it isn;t working. we’re taking her back today. poor baby! she’s so sweet, but i’m pregnant and she is pooping everywhere. don;t know how much i can take! anyone have this problem? what was the diagnosis?

get her to the vet, and don’t get rid of her because you are to lazy to deal with a medical issue.

I’m very glad you’re taking her to the vet today. That sounds very worrisome. Keep her in a box with an old towel until you go to the vet, so she doesn’t poop everywhere. Hopefully they’ll be able to figure out what’s wrong with her and prescribe the right medication so this clears up. Good luck.

Your cat probably has a gastrointestinal infection or worms in her stool. Take the cat to the vet for an examination, The vet will give the cat an enema and will require a sample of the stool to see whether there is any worms in the stool. POssibly the vet will tell you to feed the cat rice.
